Visitor's Conduct
While surfing our website, or applying for our membership please
ensure accurate personal information. If you provide any information which is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, your orders may be delayed
unnecessarily or even refused.
Contest and Prizes
All contest organized by Ozwin on the Ozwin website are governed by
the rules and regulation of the contest at the time. All staff and affiliates of
Ozwin are not eligible for the prizes in the contest.

PRIVACY POLICY
Billing information provided by you will not be sold or shared with
other parties for any commercial purpose other than for processing of your order
and for our internal sales analysis purpose.
However, Ozwin may only release your information in response to
court subpoenas or any legal process or if you have violated the use of our
website. In addition, we may send you emails, brochures and other marketing
materials unless you choose not to receive these materials.
Ozwin uses WorldPay secure payment gateway for your payment
process. The use of WorldPay means that you agree to the terms and agreements
governed by WorldPay.
Passwords
Each customer will be able to assign a password to your Account on
the Ozwin website. You are advised not to disclose your password.

PRODUCT POLICY
While our products are made from natural ingredients, Customers are
recommended to do the following:

if you are new to our product, please perform a patch test to
ascertain there is no allergy;

keep the products in good condition;

ensure the products are not expired if kept for too long;
Our products are registered with the Biro Pengawalan Farmaseutikal
Kebangsaan Malaysia as cosmetic products & are not meant to be replacement for
professional health care. If you have any concern for your health or well-being
please consult a medical Doctor.
Expiry and Shelf Life
All our products have expiry dates printed on the labels and should
be use within this period to ensure full potential of the product. Once opened
the product should be fully used within 3 - 6 months.
Color and Product Representation
While Ozwin makes all effort to reproduced and display all products
colors and product packaging as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee the
products' actual dimension and presentation as screen color, resolution and
web-safe color restrictions may not correspond exactly.

PAYMENT POLICY
To help ensure smooth processing of your orders, please note the
following policies:-

Our current payment gateway is WorldPay and all customers using
this payment is bound by the Terms and Agreements of WorldPay.

Cash, personal cheques, ATM and other electronic cards are
accepted based on prevailing mechanics, terms & conditions as stated in this
website.

You must be the legitimate owner of the credit card. You are
required to provide correct and accurate details or personal information for
Billing purposes.

To prevent any fraudulent orders, we may request for a copy of
the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement;
only the portion where it shows your name, billing address, issuing bank name
or logo for our verification.

We reserve the right to cancel your order/s and/or suspend any
deliveries should we find any discrepancies in the billing information or
should we not receive the documents described in item 4 above.

In the event an order is not accepted, your payment will be
reimbursed.

REFUND POLICY
Ozwin will refund or accept returns on the following basis.
All other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please check your products carefully upon delivery to ensure that it is correct
and in good physical packaging condition before accepting the delivery.
Website Error
If a product price has been wrongly advertised on the web, Ozwin
may take steps to correct the price and inform the Customer of the mistake.
Customers can then decide to either cancel or continue with order.
Ozwin regrets that such mistakes are inevitable and shall at all
times try its best to avoid such mistakes.
Exchanges for Products
Customers can request for an exchange if the product is found
to cause an allergic reaction and is unused. However, Customers will have to
bear the full cost of shipping in this instance.
For local web orders, we regret Customers cannot make exchanges at
the shops. Exchange will have to be done at our Head Office. Please call ahead
to make an appointment to see our Web Order department personnel to make the
exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY
Generally, Ozwin has the following policies for deliveries and
shipping. Ozwin will not accept orders:-

with P.O. Box as addresses;
-
which may be considered as wholesale, please contact us for
wholesale purchases;

that are suspected as fraudulent orders;
International Shipping
Customers are to take note of custom charges, import duties, rates
and tariffs if any from destination to destination. You may incur and have to
bear all the above fees if they are imposed in your country.
Ozwin has no control over the abovementioned fees as custom
policies vary from country to country. You should consult your country's
authority or custom office for further information.
If you are an foreign purchaser, you are considered an importer and
should be aware and abide by all the laws and regulation of your country. Ozwin
will list all contents as required by international shipping requirements.
Ozwin may not be able to fulfill orders from certain countries or
regions due to restrictions and distribution agreements. If your order is not
accepted for any reasons, we will refund or reverse the charges to your credit
card.
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for international delivery.
Local Orders or Deliveries
All local orders within Malaysia should be delivered within 2 to 7
working days after the acceptance of your orders and subject to stock
availability.
Please check and ensure contents and packaging is in good order
before signing and accepting the delivery. Signature is required as a proof of
acceptance.
If there is no one present to accept the delivery, you may be
required to pick up the parcel at a designated post office.
If the delivery was made by Ozwin and no one was present to accept
the delivery at the appointed time, we can arrange for a second delivery.
Damage and Returns
If the contents are found to be damaged on delivery, please do not
sign acceptance. Instead, make a note on the Delivery Order, call Ozwin Head
Office or drop Ozwin an email. Ozwin will arrange for a new replacement at no
extra cost.
