STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO SHOP SECURELY ON-LINE

HOW TO LOG ON?

  1. Visit www.mytns.com.my (or www.ozwin.com.my)

  2. The Home Page will open.

HOW TO SHOP?

  1. Look for the green color box located right at the top-left corner of the page, you will see "Shop by Category" and "Shop by brand". Click on any of the link that you are interested in (Body Care, Hair Care, Stem, etc).

  2. You will now be transferred to the page of your selected link, take your time to browse thru the Products displayed on the page.

  3. To know more about a product, simply click on the Details button; to put the product into your Shopping Cart, simply click on the Buy Now button (don't forget to enter the quantity that you want).

  4. By clicking Buy Now, you will be transferred to the Order Status/Shopping Cart page. The products in your Shopping Cart will be listed here with quantity, unit price and amount all shown clearly. You can remove any product from the Shopping Cart by clicking on the Remove button under the product’s name, or make changes to the Quantity box by entering a different quantity. Click the Update button to update the latest status of your Shopping Cart.

  5. To continue your shopping from the Order Status/Shopping Cart page, just move your mouse cursor to the green color box located right at the top-left corner and repeat the selection steps again.

HOW TO CHECK-OUT?

  1. Once you have finished shopping for your favorite products, you can proceed to Check Out by clicking the Check Out button at the bottom of the Status/Shopping Cart page, a dialogue box may appear, just click Ok and Ok again and you will be transferred to a Sign-In page.

  2. On the Sign-In page, please enter your Email Address, Password and Billing Address, and click Continue, click Yes when a dialogue box appears. (The next time you shop, you will only need to enter your Email address and Password by clicking on the Returning Customer link).

  3. Once is done, You will now be transferred to a Shipping Information page, please key in your Shipping Details - you can either ship to your billing address or to any address specified by you. Click Continue, click Yes when a dialogue box appears.

  4. A continuation page will appear, please click your Shipping Location and click Yes.

  5. Don’t worry, up to now you have not done anything that have committed you to pay anything.

HOW TO PAY?

  1. Once you have entered the shipping details and click Yes, a Payment page will appear.

  2. Please click the Review Order button, and then click Yes. Please check your Final Invoice and Delivery Order to ensure that all the details are correct (Click the Edit button if you want to make a correction).

  3. If all the details are correct, please choose a payment method by clicking on Offline (for check deposit, cash deposit and mobile money) or Worldpay (for Visa and MasterCard).

  4. If you choose Offline payment, please read the payment instructions at the bottom of the Payment Window.

  5. If you choose Credit Card payment, please click Worldpay, then click Continue and click Yes. A Secure Payment page will appear - please check that the currency and amount are correct, and then click on either the MasterCard or Visa logo to continue.

  6. A new page will appear, please fill in your credit card details and cardholder details and click the Make Payment spot to commit your payment. Only at this point you have committed to make a payment.

  7. FOLLOW-UP

  1. You will receive an email from Ozwin within 24 hours of making your online purchase, to confirm the receipt of your order and payment. Your products will be dispatched within 3 working days and reach you normally within 7 working days within Malaysia.

  2. You will be able to track the status of your order online; details will be provided in the email sent to you.

  3. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, or have any other difficulties, please call our Customer Hotline: +603-6204-3888.

  4. You can come back to the site at any point of time to track or review your Order Status. Click on the Order Status link located right on top of the page will lead you to a login page. Once logged-In, you will be able to see a list of your order and its status. You can print out those order details for reference purpose.
