Ozwin Natural Products Sdn Bhd
Ozwin Natural Products Sdn Bhd is the holder of the Master Franchisee for The
Natural Source (TNS) in Malaysia.

Ozwin, through its 100% owned retailing subsidiary had opened the first TNS
concept store at Mid-Valley Megamall on April 29, 2003. There are currently 10
TNS stores at prime locations in Klang Valley, Penang, Ipoh & Johor Baru.
TNS’s Marketing, Public Relations & Promotions
Although TNS has been in the Malaysian market only since May 2003, the local
master franchisee has been active in publicity and promotions to build brand
awareness. These include newspaper articles, regular features in health, lifestyle and
beauty magazines, features on television, participation at events, in-house
brochures & flyers etc. We also place heavy emphasis on
in-store promotions, and have a weekly, monthly and seasonal program of offers and
promotions to attract and retain customers.
TNS’s Customer Loyalty Program
The Natural Source Malaysia has also introduced from day one a customer loyalty program in the
form of a TNS Privilege Card, where cardholders are entitled to special benefits
introduced by the management from time to time. The cardholder base enables the
management to keep close communication with the cardholders and develop
long-term customer relationships.
TNS’s Store Concept and Customer Service
TNS stores have a simple, natural and very retail friendly layout and concept;
where the focus is on the products which are colorful, informative and logically
laid-out. Our sales consultants have all gone through comprehensive in-house
beauty, product and sales training, and are pro-active, friendly and
knowledgeable to provide a rich and pleasurable shopping experience. We are
continuously working on improving our store layout and customer service without
altering the fundamental concept of a modern, progressive and responsible
premium naturopathic skin and beauty care company.
TNS’s Product Range
TNS develops, produces and markets men’s and women’s natural and naturopathic
beauty and wellness products for today’s modern lifestyle.
The Natural Source product ranges are divided into three distinct categories.
Natural – The term “natural” is used to describe products that contain
pure aromabotanical ingredients without animal additive or petrochemical
preservatives.
Naturopathic – The Naturopathic label used for products that contain
plant-active ingredients that have specific treatment benefits for skin
conditions and heightened wellness.
Organics – There are the natural organic skincare ranges of products with 100% natural
ingredients without synthetic preservatives and only containing virgin water.
TNS markets its products under the following six proprietary brands, each one
with its own unique characteristics and market positioning :
Mayalta (naturopathic body sculpting program)
Daintree (naturopathic skincare program)
Hi-Shine (naturopathic hair-care program)
Terra Firma (natural skincare program)
Camouflage (color service program)
Fragrant Living (natural based bath and rest & relaxation products)
In addition to the above, there are a large and wide range of hair, face and
body accessories to complement our core hair, skin and beauty care products.
